All quotes provided are estimates based on the information you provide and an initial site assessment. Final pricing may vary based on actual site conditions, material costs, and project scope changes. We reserve the right to adjust pricing if unforeseen circumstances arise.
4. Payment Terms
Payment terms will be outlined in your service agreement. Typically, a deposit is required before work begins, with final payment due upon project completion. We accept various payment methods as specified in your contract.
5. Project Timeline
We provide estimated completion dates for all projects. While we strive to meet these timelines, they may be affected by weather conditions, material availability, or unforeseen site conditions. We will communicate any delays promptly.
6. Warranty and Guarantees
We stand behind our work with a warranty on workmanship as specified in your service agreement. This warranty does not cover damage from improper use, natural disasters, or normal wear and tear. Material warranties are provided by the manufacturer.
7. Client Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate property information, ensuring access to the work area, obtaining necessary permits (unless otherwise agreed), and maintaining the concrete as recommended after installation.
8. Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel a scheduled project, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellation fees may apply if work has already begun or materials have been ordered. Specific terms will be outlined in your service agreement.
9. Liability Limitations
While we maintain appropriate insurance and take every precaution, we are not liable for damage to underground utilities not properly marked, pre-existing property damage not disclosed, or damage from acts of nature after project completion.
10. Dispute Resolution
In the event of any dispute, we encourage direct communication to resolve issues. If necessary, disputes will be resolved through mediation or arbitration in Blue Springs, MO, in accordance with Missouri state law.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated revision date. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
